DESCRIPTION

1. Scope

This requisition is for B167 UNS N06690 pipes used for the subject project.

2. Applicable Specifications and Code

(a) ASTM – Latest Edition

3. Materials to be Purchased

ASTM B167 UNS N06690 pipes

4. Quantity and Dimensions of Plates

See attached list.

5. Material Specification

All pipes shall be supplied strictly in accordance with the ASTM B167 UNS N06690 material specification with the following supplementary requirements:

1. Materials shall be seamless cold worked.
2. Materials shall be annealed and de-scaled in accordance with the material specification.
3. Hydrostatic test and NDE shall be done in accordance with the code requirement.
4. The grain size shall be 2 and 5 (with a target of 3 to 4) using the micro grain size in accordance with ASTM E112.
5. No metal stamping of tubes is permitted. Where marking is necessary, marker pen shall be used.
6. Remove all burrs and sharp edges.
7. Positive material identification (PMI) shall be performed on all raw material materials.
8. There shall be no continuous network of grain boundary carbides.
9. For Item No.6:
   • Straightness shall be 0.5mm.
   • Inside Diameter shall be 34.2 +/- 0.1mm.
10. For Item No.7, Straightness shall be 0.7mm.
11. Dimensional tolerances are shown below unless otherwise specified:
    • O.D.: +/- 0.25mm
    • Thickness: per CODE requirements
    • Length: +/- 1mm
12. Heat Treatment for Mechanical Test Specimens.
    [Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)] for Item No.6, No.7
    Holding temperature = 900 (＋14 / －14) ℃
    Holding time = 2.0 x 2 = 4.0 (＋1.0 / －0) hours

1. Vendor shall comply with any and all applicable sanctions and export control laws and regulations (collectively, “Laws and Regulations”) of Japan, the United States, and the European Union (including the United Kingdom), along with the United Nations Security Council Resolutions under the Purchase Order, including but not limited to refraining from selling precious metal, graphite, coal, iron, iron products, aluminum, aluminum products, steel, steel products, copper or copper products from Iran to Purchaser in violation of Laws and Regulations of the United States.
   本要求品納⼊にあたっては、⽇本、⽶国、EU（英国含む）、国際連合の定める全ての輸出規制・制裁規則（総称して「法規制」という。）に従うものとする。
   例えば、⽶国の法規制に従い、イラン産の貴⾦属、⿊鉛（グラファイト）、⽯炭、鉄、鉄製品、アルミニウム、アルミニウム製品、鉄鋼、鉄鋼製品、銅および銅製品を使⽤しない。
2. Vendor shall notify Purchaser if the goods and/or services we provide under the Purchase Order ("Goods and/or Services”) are subject to the EAR as described below.
   • Goods and/or Services were produced in the United States.
   • Goods and/or Services are non-U.S.-made products that contain 10% or more of controlled U.S.-origin content.
   • Goods and/or Services are non-U.S.-made products from U.S.-origin technology or software.
   • Goods and/or Services are non-U.S.-made products made by a plant or major component of a plant, and that plant or major component of a plant is produced from U.S.-origin technology or software.
   ⽶国輸出管理規則（Export Administration Regulations）を遵守するため、納⼊する製品またはサービスが以下のいずれかに当てはまる場合、その旨通知のこと。
   (1) ⽶国原産品である。
   (2) ⽶国原産品、技術またはソフトウェアが、価格ベースで10％以上組み込まれている。
   (3) ⽶国原産技術またはソフトウェアによって製造された。
