按本规范订货的ASME SA-213M TP310HCbN 不锈钢锅炉无缝钢管,除应符合本规范的规定外,其它未提及项目均应符合最新版ASME SA-213M 的规定。
Stainless Seamless boiler tubes of grade ASME SA-213M TP310HCbN supplied under this specification shall conform to specification ASME SA-213M latest edition, unless otherwise specified herein.
钢管采用冷拔(轧)或热轧无缝方法制造,按 ASME SA-213M 的规定进行热处理后交货。
The tubes shall be manufactured by cold drawing (cold finished) or hot finished seamless method, the tubes shall be delivered after heat treatment as per to ASME SA-213M.
成品钢管的化学成分应符合最新版 ASME SA-213M 的规定,其中磷含量不得大于0.03%,硫含量不得大于0.01%。
The chemical composition of finished tubes shall conform to ASME SA-213M latest version, the content of Phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.03%, Sulfur (S) ≤0.01%.
成品钢管的晶粒度为4~7级。
The grain size of finished tubes shall be at class 4-7.
对于壁厚大于5mm的管子,应采用布氏硬度试验,对于壁厚小于等于5mm的管子,应采用洛氏硬度试验。TP310HCbN 管子硬度要求 175~256HBW(85HRB~100HRB)。
For pipes with a wall thickness greater than 5 mm, the Brinell hardness test shall be used. For pipes with a wall thickness of 5 mm or less, the Rockwell hardness test shall be used. The hardness requirements of TP310HCbN shall be 175 ~ 256HBW (85HRB ~ 100HRB).
钢管非金属夹杂物按ASTM E45 的A 法评级,其各类夹杂物的级别符合表1规定:

钢管壁厚及外径公差按表2规定,内壁表面粗糙度Ra≤12.5μm。其它尺寸、外形及允许偏差应符合最新版ASME SA-1016M 的规定。
The W.T and O.D. tolerance of steel tubes was specified on Table 2. Roughness of inner wall surface Ra≤12.5μm, other dimensions, shapes and allowable tolerance shall be in acc. with the latest edition of ASME SA-1016M.

钢管内、外表面不允许有氧化皮、裂纹、折叠、结疤、轧折、离层、严重碰撞痕迹、严重凹坑及严重机械加工刀痕等。如有这些缺陷应完全清除,缺陷清除处的实际壁厚不得小于壁厚所允许的最小值,且清理处必须圆滑过渡。内外表面的氧化皮应清除,但不妨碍检查的氧化薄层允许存在。管子内外表面不允许有大于以下尺寸的直道及芯棒擦伤缺陷:热轧管为公称壁厚的5%,且最大深度0.4mm;冷拔(轧)管为公称壁厚的4%,且最大深度0.2mm。
The inner and outer surfaces of steel tubes are not allowed to have oxide skin, cracks, folding, scar, rolling fold, lamination and severe scratch, bumping dents and machined tool marks etc. any a.m defect appeared, it must be removed completely, the actual wall thickness after remove treatment shall not less than allowable min. wall thickness, and must be smoothly transited. The oxide skin of the inner and outer surfaces should be removed, but the oxidized thin layer that does not interfere with the inspection is allowed to exist. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipe are not allowed to have straight and mandrel scratch defects larger than the following dimensions: 5% of nominal wall thickness for hot finished tubes and max depth 0.4mm, 4% of the nominal wall thickness for cold drawing (finished) tubes, and the max. depth 0.2mm.
热轧厚壁管内表面不允许存在明显的内六方,内六方计算P应满足:

The inner surface of the hot-finish thick walled tube is not allowed to have obvious inner hexagonal, and the inner hexagonal calculation P should be met the following request:
P = (Smax-Smin) / (Smax+Smin) < 0.02

钢管的通常订货长度为8~12m。如项目按定尺订货,则采购部应根据由工程部提供的“材料定尺采购单”,与供货商签订钢管定尺采购合同。
The normal order length of steel tubes is 8-12 m. If the project is ordered by fixed length, the purchasing department shall sign a steel tube fixed-length purchase contract with the supplier according to the “material fixed-length purchase order” provided by the engineering department.
当合同中有要求或双方协商,成品钢管可进行内表面喷丸处理。喷丸表面应洁净,无锈蚀或残留附着物,不应存在目视可见的漏喷区域,也不应存在喷丸过程中附加产生的机械损伤等宏观缺陷。有效喷丸层深度的测量可采用金相法或显微硬度曲线法,若采用金相法,有效喷丸层深度应不小于70μm;若采用硬度曲线法,有效喷丸层深度应不小于60μm。在喷丸管同一横截面距内壁面60μm处,沿时钟方向3点,6点,9点,12点4个位置测得的硬度值应高于基体硬度100HV,且4个位置硬度值的差值不大于50HV。
When there is a requirement in the contract or negotiation between the two parties, the finished steel tube can be subjected to shot peening on the inner surface. The surface of shot peening should clean, no rust or residual on the tubes, not allowed have any areas to omit the shot peening, and not allowed mechanical damage the tubes during shot peening process and etc. The shot peening layer depth after shot peening treatment should be measured by metallographic method or micro-hardness curve method, if measure by metallographic method, the effective depth of shot peening layer shall not less than 70um; if measure by microhardness method, the effective depth of shot peening layer shall not less than 60μm. On depth with distance 60μm to inside surface on a same cross section, the hardness for points of three o’clock, six o’clock, nine o’clock and twelve o’clock shall be at least 100HV more than the base, and the difference of four hardness shall be not more than 50HV.
成品钢管按SA-1016M 规定逐根进行 100%超声波检验(ASTM E213)并保证合格,检验结果填写在质量证明书上。
The finished steel tube is 100% ultrasonic examination (ASTM E213) according to the provisions of SA-1016M and guaranteed to be qualified. The inspection result is filled in the quality certificate.
成品钢管按 SA-1016M 规定逐根进行水压试验并保证合格。可以采用涡流探伤(ASTM E426+SA-1016M)代替水压试验,检验结果填写在质量证明书上。
Each finished tube shall be subjected to the hydrostatic test acc. to SA-1016M, Hydrostatic test could be replaced with Eddy current, which will comply with ASTM E426 + SA-1016M requirements. The testing results shall be shown on the quality certificate.
钢管两端应消除探伤盲区,并在质量证明书中注明“两端探伤盲区已消除”。
NDT blind zone shall be cut-off on both ends, and “NDT blind zone have been cut-off on both ends” shall be shown on the quality certificate.
质量证明书除了填写材料标准和版本外,还应填写本采购规范号。钢管的质量证明书应包括最新版ASME SA-213M和本规范所规定的钢管制造方法、实际热处理规范、各项检验项目及其检验数据和结果、管端盲区消除情况等内容。
The tubes standards and versions shall be indicated on the quality certificate. This procurement specification number should also be filled out too. The quality certificate of the steel pipe shall include the latest edition of ASME SA-213M and the steel pipe manufacturing method, the actual heat treatment specification, the various inspection items and their inspection data and results, and the testing blind area cutting as specified in this specification.
钢管检查项目和质量证明书上所包括的内容,应符合最新版 ASME SA-213M 和本标准的规定。
The inspection items and the contents on the quality certificate shall comply with the latest edition of ASME SA-213M and this specification.
钢管的检验项目、取样数量、取样方法和试验方法见表3的规定。
